Anyone looking to run a department in his 26-person firm (and get paid to delegate) need not apply. Anyone seeking to master their technological, design, and customer service crafts are welcome and rewarded.
All things being equal, Mr. Fried has the right to run his company as he pleases. That's what capitalism and the invisible hand are all about.
