TUESDAY TOOLS: Gary Vee, The Grapeful Economist

Lent is over, and it's "Turtle Time."

The Thank You Economy is a new book by one of my favorite Tweeps, wine emperor and social media trailblazer Gary Vaynerchuk (@garyvee to me). In it, he shares how he built a $60 Million-plus business.

So, Dr. Michael Porter, at Harvard Business School, would approve of this sample of Gary Vee's Tuesday Tools:

• Happy customers are worth a lot more than any other kind.

• Companies of all stripes and sizes have to start working harder to connect with their customers and make them happy, not because change is coming, but because it's here.

• I am wired like a CEO and care a great deal about the bottom line, but I care about my customers even more than that.

Whilst you're leaving to buy a copy (or more) of the book, how do you propose a toast in this Thank You Economy?
